Beef Rockets
- 500g girello scotch, eye fillet or sirloin
- 80g 4665 HERB/GARLIC & CHILLI GLAZE 2 Kg
- 20g 2457 FLAVOUR RIGHT STEAK SPRINKLE 1,25 Kg
- 10mls virgin olive oil
- 50g asparagus & camembert
- 50g prosciutto
- Cut a pocket in centre of beef
- Mix 4665 HERB/GARLIC & CHILLI GLAZE 2 Kg with olive oil to form a paste
- Coat inside of pocket with half the paste mixture
- Add asparagus & camembert cheese wrapped in prosciutto to pocket
- Coat outside with remaining paste mixture
- Sprinkle lightly with FLAVOUR RIGHT STEAK SPRINKLE
- Cook in oven or BBQ for approximately 10-15 minutes.
