Mini Southern Chicken Vegetable Burgers
For retail presentation:
- Chicken Mince
- Grated carrot
- Grated zucchini
- Equal amounts of:
7061 PARMESAN GARLIC PARSLEY CRUMB
& 7934 SOUTHERN STYLE D/FLAVOUR
Combine above ingredients and shape into patties/rissoles.

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 16 cheddar cheese slices
- Lettuce and tomato
- 8 cocktail buns, halved
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frypan or BBQ plate over high heat and cook patties, turning occasionally for 4 minutes each side.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in small frypan or BBQ plate and cook onion until caramelised.
- Serve patties in warmed buns with cheese, onions, lettuce and tomato.
