Love Apples
- 6 think slices of veal or beef
- 750g beef mince
- 250g pork mince
- 80g 4213 BURG/STEAKETTE SEASONING MIX
- 20g onion flakes
- 10g parsley flakes
- Mix beef mince and pork mince together
- Add BURG/STEAKETTE SEASONING MIX to mince
- Form mince mixture into meat balls approximately 150g to 180g each
- Wrap thin beef slices around the ball and press firmly
- Cut a cross in the top and fold out edges to make peak collars
- Place parsley flakes on top for display
- To cook bake in oven or fry pan at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
