- 45g 4668 GREEK GYROS SEASONING 2 Kg
- 55g 4667 SOUVLAKI D/F 2 Kg
- 1 Lemon
- Add GREEK GYROS SEASONING together with SOUVLAKI DRY FLAVOUR and mix thoroughly
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon
- Add lemon juice to dry mixture and mix well
- Use this marinade to coat your favourite cut of chicken/lamb. If possible let marinate overnight in the refrigerator for the flavours to develop and to tenderise meat.
- Cook your marinated meat as usual
