Pie Mix
- 3.5 Kg of 2682 S.G. PIE MIX 20 Kg
- 20 kg water
- 20 kg meat (minced)
- 2.0 kg diced fresh onion
- Place 2682 S.G. PIE MIX into cooker
- Add water and mix thoroughly (no lumps)
- Add meat (minced) stir through thoroughly
- Add onions and stir through mix evenly
- Bring mix to the boil
- When fully cooked, allow to stand for 1-2 hours to draw flavour
- Fill into pastry case and cook until pastry is evenly cooked
- Let stand to cool, don’t stack on top of each other until fully cooled.
